Our Mission is to apply high quality investigative techniques to each and every case, while ensuring the confidentiality and result driven focus is maintained, thus exceeding expectations.

Experience:

Currently, The Titan Group, Professional Investigations is on panel with several insurance companies, third party administrators (TPA) to investigate various claims and personal injury cases. 

Many of our clients are nationwide and local law firms, attorneys, government agencies, transit agencies, municipalities, school districts, corporate and personal clients.

Our investigators are lead and trained in all elements of investigation by the Qualified Manager, who has broad experience and expertise in all aspects of civil and criminal investigations.

Many of these cases are "claim" related, which require a high level of professionalism and investigative skill.  

Our AOE / COE and surveillance performed in these cases have lead to the civil and criminal prosecution of some, and the objectivity others deserve. 

Qualified Manager:

Mr. Saucerman is a native of Southern California.  He is a graduate of the Los Angeles Police Academy (LAPD) and a retired police veteran of 16 years.  During his tenure with municipal and specialized policing, he has been assigned as a patrol officer, field training officer, gang liaison officer, school resource officer and acting police sergeant.  

As a police officer, he has made thousands of arrests and investigated thousands of criminal and civil matters.  He holds a Basic, Intermediate and Advanced Certificate issued by the California Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST).

While obtaining a vast amount of advanced training in all areas of criminal and civil investigation, which reaches into thousands of hours, he has applied that training and expertise to those cases.

While testifying in court, he has been recognized as an expert in his field while employed as a police officer and brings that same level of expertise to his investigation business.

He also attended the world renowned executive police management program, Delinquency Control Institute (DCI), University of Southern California (USC), master’s degree accreditation, Class 119.  

He is the Qualified Manager of The Titan Group, Professional Investigations and holds licenses in California, Nevada, Arizona and Michigan.  In addition, he is certified and qualified in all 50 states to Carry a Concealed Weapon (HR 218).  He possesses the certifications in the use of lethal and less than lethal uses of force.   

He is certified as an instructor by the Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF).  He is a current (2010-2011) Vice-President for the California Association of Licensed Investigators (CALI).

Due to his understanding and broad knowledge, he has presented many training classes in the field of investigation.  Because of his expertise, Mr. Saucerman has been featured in various publications, investigation journals and newspaper articles.

As an advisor to ITT School of Criminal Justice, he stays involved with the community and provides a valuable investigative opinion for further learning.  The Titan Group, Professional Investigations is a sponsor of various sports teams and youth programs. 

He is a member in good standing with numerous industry associations to include; NSPI, PICA, ISPLA, SCFIA, CAOWI and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).
